"Territorial integrity of the countries of the region " What a joke these germans. They didn`t say that in 1991 ... Now that the job is done and their plan is almost finished they talk about territorial integrity.

You can only dream about it Guido. With the possible exception of Slovenia all other countries in the region are so unstable that their borders and territorial integrity simply cannot survive. Once your money stops flowing in the real trouble will start inevitably.
