Serbs in Kosovo urged to "always side with their state"

The State has Obligations and Duties,
founded on/standing on,
the Rights of the Nation.

The Duty and Obligation of the State is,

to protect the Nation from hostility from outside through the Milirtary,
and from inside each individual through the Police and Justice system.

If individuals or groups does not support the State,
the State canot therefore excuse for not doing its Duty.
