You are wright "my friend"; what kind of a peace can bring a guy that his grandparents were killing around europe 60 years ago!! What about your parents and perhaps you did 10 years ago? You people forget their crime so fast!!

Easy answers to your requests Guido. One, Kosovo's borders are already UN recognised as provincial borders within Serbia. Two, Kosovo is not a UN recognised state hence it can never set a foot on the road to EU. But how can you explain that to Thaci? You cannot, so you have to pretend and lie.

First, states are not recognized by the UN, but by other states. There is nothing in the UN charter that gives the UN the power to recognize anything.

Second, there is nothing in the EU treaties that requires something to be recognized by the UN in order to become an EU member

Third, UN has not recognized any "provincial borders" with Kosovo; 1244 speaks only about “borders”.

You will have to come up with a better argument than that kid. Just like EU does not have a clear cut position on Kosovo neither does UN...77 of the members recognize our sovereignty.

Lame attempt...

I would also like the GERMAN FM to go and visit on foot the "innocent" and "peace loving" Serbs in the north.
Thanks,

One, the UN member members are dived on what they call Kosovo's boarder with Serbia. Some UN organs consider Kosovo an independent state and thus some UN bodies consider Kosovo's boarders as state boarders with Serbia. Two, West Germany joined the EU's predecessor without being a UN member. There is no precondition of being a UN member before joining the EU. Switzerland applied to the EU in 1992 without being a EU member but the negotiations stalled after the people said no to membership in a referendum. The EU and UN are two completely different organisations.
