No they aren't, Simpatiku. They are not acting in a "status neutral" approach. Thus, they are violating 1244.

Oh, again this must be the famous Serbian version of 1244 that has words which the English version doesn't have. I could not find anything that mentions the words "status neutral" in 1244 or obliges anybody to be "status neutral"

KFOR/NATO..expect them to break the mandate or simply ignore it. Resolution 1244 has been ignored for their own selfish interests, and more recently, Libya resolution to "protect" civilians has crossed well beyond the UN resolution 1973.

the Russians do not care anymore! this regime in Serbia has been up the EU's butt for so long, that they have started calling Tadic 'the gerbil'. Now, you get what you asked for...NOTHING from the EU!!

That's the problem. They take the words literally. KFOR & EULEX are simply acting and not actually having any effect. What do you call a combination of farce and tragedy? Kosova!

Simpatiku you're not sympathetic at all. You'll be sympathetic only when you'll accept the right of others to proceed as they want or in the same manner you do. What is good for left - must be good for right also. Hatred will kill you.

No they aren't, Simpatiku. They are not acting in a "status neutral" approach. Thus, they are violating 1244. Why would you say anything different? Is it because you are blinded by your hatred for anything, or anyone, Serbian? Why are you still living in the past and desire to use force to solve disagreements? Do you not agree that dialogue is the only way to find solutions? I don't hate Albanians, but I must say I do question their actions many times. They are not the only ones living in Kosovo, there are other ethnicities that wish to be free to rule themselves. Is that hard to understand?
