It's good to send aid but what about the Serbs in the south?
Are they coping and who is looking after them?

Peggy, what ever about the Serbs in the North, but those living below the Ibar are presented with a different set of circumstances. There is not much Belgrade can do but lobby intensley on their behalf. In Mitrovica, their clout is alot stronger.
