EULEX "respects laws and constitution of Kosovo"

It looks like EULUX that was supposed to be Status Neutral, and was Supposedly Designed to clean up Crime, has become a Criminal, by deviating from their Status Neutral position that they signed with Serbia.

It is a Fact that if People associate with Criminals for too long, then they too will become Criminals, although given the Fact that they come from NATO Countries, means that EULUX was and is able to teach even the Kosovo Albanians in the Ways of Criminality.

EULEX no longer status neutral? Has his boss told him this or is he just blowing off Thachisvili? Looking forward to massive civil disobedience by serb civilians in Kosovo and tens of thousands of serb civilians coming down to support them. If NATO won't mow them down with automatic rifle fire, then I'm sure they can leave it to Thachi's people. He's got form after all.

eulex just violated the terms of its own existence and is no longer valid. The agreement for their introduction was they are status-neutral. I'm glad they finally admitted what everybody knew- now the UN can deny them the authority to act as the UN's representative and the kosovo Serbs can ignore them again.

Again, like Eerhard "Ve have orders! Oh, ve have ozre orders from ozer boss" Beuler, looks like the international community, states and institutions are at sixes and sevens with themselves. Will Thachisvili face sanctions from Brussels? Like his namesake Sakaasvili, I doubt it. The price of coke thus remains low in Brussels.

Dude, respecting Kosovo's UDI does indeed mean being in line with 1244. That's all EULEX is saying fully in acordance with UNSG.

If anybody had any doubt about that, it was clarified more than 1 year ago thanks to Vuk

Somebody is confusing 1244 and the non agreed Ahtesaari plan. Not surprising considering the low literacy and comprehension rates of albanian supporters.

I like how every Serb points at 1244 like it's the holy grail of international agreements. 1244 says that Kosovo is a part of Yugoslavia, not Serbia (Yugoslavia no longer exists). And even if it did say Serbia, their is no way the people of Kosovo would ever accept that. It's a fight you can't win but it's evident that in Belgrade politics you have the expansionists, religious extremists, fundamentalists, nationalists, ultra-nationalists and chetniks.NO TRUE PRO-EU PARTIES.
