ULI Go back to school!

In 1912 my friend Serbia occupied 2/3 of albania, and Greece had 1/3 of Albania, But the great powers prevented Serbia access to the sea so they created an independent albania in the Balkans for the first time in history!!!
As for Kosovo at that time the population was 50/50
but in 1878 there where almost 400k Serbs and only 100k albanians, as result of the Russo-turkish war in that year over 200k Serbs left kosovo.

Nothing in Kosovo is historical albanian, you are migrants or settlers since the turkish time.
also because of the albanian thug mentality, many Serbs who lived near albanians as a minority had to speak Albanian, and on that way their children also spoke albnian and before you know it they became Albanian,
there are enough kosovo Albanians who have last names of villages/towns from central Serbia....

You Serbs do your own fighting? Arming the civilians? You did that fighting by instrumentalizing Serbs in Croatia as well. What did you get? You will get the same in the north. Just wait and see.
(Simpatiku, 27 July 2011 13:54)

Another simpleton from the Albo side. Serbs do their own fighting not like Albanians. What did the Croats do except kill old men women and children, but Croatia is not yet finished as you will see – I don’t make idle claims either unlike you.
What the Albos going to do – NOTHING; let me repeat again NOTHING because the powers will not let you even lift a finger, but we Serbs are going to take the same methods as your Albanians and use hit and run tactics and your people are going to do NOTHING. Send more special police in Coco the clown cloths and see how many come back.

Nenad. As for your knowledge the books they teach you in Serbia are not the right sources of history. Kosovo has always been inhabitated from Albanians, long before Serbians came to Balkans. Albanians and Serbs have lived in Kosovo in different period of times together but to say Kosovo is Serbian just because Kosovo was given to you by force in 1912 is not right. You get your fact straights. Try wikipedia and Google, not bias sources. Yes, Albanians were Turkish right hand for some time but also fought Otomoan Empire the most. Our National hero is well regognized in Europe. And by the way, come and visit Albania sometimes, you might change your prospective.

As for the history go back to school! Kosovo and Metohija are part of Serbia since 11 th century and Albanians came into Kosovo during Ottoman occupation i.e. in 16th century. During the period of Serbian medieval state Albanians in Kosovo comprised less than 1% of total population. They started to populate Kosovo to greater extent during Turkish occupation of the Serbia. Turks gave the Serbian lands to Albanians populating Serbia with Albanians even in Jagodina and Nis because Albanians were the most loyal servants to Ottoman occupators. Albanians also were the right hand of Turks in committing atrocities against Serbs in Kosovo and Macedonians in Macedonia.

Serbs returned Kosovo once and we will do it again and we won't make the same mistakes again.

Hope is a term that one wishes that he, or she, will one day become a proud parent, brother, sister, uncle, grandparent, (neighbor) or a good citizen living a normal life like the Europeans or as seen in television, life in United States of America. As for what has happen here in Kosovo, shame on you PM of Kosovo. You have shamed your so called Kosovo.
Kosovo, with the high rate of unemployment, corruption, one must wonder.
What has happen in the last few days, reading all the blogs, I imagine that ninety percent of all input comes from the new generation. How old where you in March 24, 1999. Ask the elders in Kosovo about the Tito era, great life, visa free, great pension. (What do the elders have today..? Just, memories.)
Ask any kid here in Kosovo, who’s the bad guy they will say the Serbians. Ask a Serbian kid they have no clue what happen during the evasion of Kosovo.
This is not retaliation on any side, just get the story straight. We live a life for the next generation, and one who rules should live and obey from the rule’s that are written.
For the police that lost his life may he rest in peace...
Education will bring forward the future generation.

I really like to see Albanians of Preseva control the border with Kosovo and block every single attempts made by Serbian police to get into the area. Kosovo don’t give up on your rights. “state armed civilians” where did you get that? If you would know “the slightest” thing about this place, you would know that Kosovo is full of weapons. It is wild, wild West, : ). The necessary checks should have been done to prevent daily weapons smuggling from surrounding countries. Yet, with incapable people to stop it and failure of international forces to do so, we basically have weapons on every step and I am not talking about ordinary ones.

What we saw is that Berlin took “necessary steps” to “deport” unnecessary problems back to Kosovo. As per Serbia getting in EU, it is my hope it never does and would be grateful to Berlin to take “necessary steps” but not because Serbia is country as you described but other reasons. My advice, do some study and see what is going on, before you make conclusions.

One thing for sure, after the yesterday's event we know that Serbia doesn't belong to Europe. There is no chance that such a state will come into the EU. Never, not the slightest chance. Berlin will take necessary steps to make that sure because we do not want imported problems where a state arms civilians with which police men were attacked or even killed.

Once fully fledged establishment of police and customs is in adequate shape the withdrawal is logical, otherwise one can unjustly hope for the return to anarchy in the North.

First of all JohnC, I condemn any kind of violence, no matter from which side it comes. Second of all, Kosovo is not under authority of Serbia proper since 1999 but UNMIK and KFOR.

I really like to see Albanians of Preseva control the border with Kosovo and block every single attempts made by Serbian police to get into the area. Kosovo don’t give up on your rights. Just for an historical reminder, Kosovo became part of Serbia in 1912 when the new state of Albania was created with Kosovo and some other parts left out and given to neighbors.

Three things.
1. When the tactic is known to everyone, it's time to change the tactic.
2. More he travels to New York, less effective his appearance is.
3. When none of the above is taken in consideration than you just keep failing.
