Keep pointing your finger at Serbia Roberto, but the fact is Serbia is the most ethnically mixed country in the Balkans. Tell me that it never ever happens in the country you live in. By the way, I may have missed it but what country do you live in? Me, in the United States and I can tell you that it happens here more than the media informs us on.

I'd also want to give him a right hiding if I was personally affected but the cops have got no business roughing up people in their custody. If he's a repeat offender, let him do some serious time. If the police can get away with beating up people at will you needn't be surprised if people turn on them whenever they get the opportunity...

"The point isn't whether the man is a saint or a notorious thief, the point is whether the police have the right to beat up people whenever they feel like it."

But does he have the right to steal whenever he feels like it? - Because it sure looks like he lives his life that way.

I think there needs to be longer jail sentences for repeated offenders.

He is a chronic thief - and eventually someone (including himself) may get hurt or killed from his crimes.

If I caught this kid breaking into my house to steal my mom's purse, you can bet I'd give him a beating 10 times worse than what that cop gave him. Then I'd post it on YouTube. Then he'd think twice about trying to break into someone's house
