So your point is what, exactly? That the Norwegian government was behind the attack on their own party's youth wing? Or maybe they're trying to cover up for the "other gunman" - perhaps he's someone so important that he'll be allowed to get away with 90+ killings.

Well survivors/witnesses insist that there were at least 2 gunman as they heard gunfire coming from at least 2 different places on the island at the same time. That officials would be lying and covering up some things about what happened is nothing new.
Plus there's the fact that police didn't arrive for over 95 minutes after the attack begin - using flimsy excuses such as a leaky boat or a sudden lack of a helicopter even though some neighboring people were using their boats to save people from the island.
