Some people seem not to understand that the ITCY in the Hague is an international UN institution, founded on an UN resultion.

In case you don't know: The UN is the institution of all countries (not the wannabe countries) in the world, including Russia and China, not only countries of 'the west' or 'NATO members'. The ICTY has 16 judges, which are elected by the UN general assebly, from a list compiled by the UNSC.

You don’t understand the difference between a Tribunal and a real Court.
I’m so tired of western apologist trying to justify kangaroo courts as superior judicial institutions. If its so good why does it not issue arrest warrants for US generals who were involved in the illegal attack on Iraq because of “weapons of mass destruction” BS, or the Abu Grahib prison incident?

The Hague Tribunal is there to punish the ones who made the US look like a FOOL.

These so called international institutions are a joke. The International criminal court issues arrest warrants for Gaddafi but looks the other way when the US/NATO murder thousands of people and you think its its all above board. You have to get a life.
