t was not my intention to deliberately hurt anybody of any religion. However, I am sick and tired of all kinds of people coming to this site and trashing The Serbian Orthodox Church just for the heck of it. This is also B92's fault for they should do a better job implementing their rules of conduct.

I think B92 is trying to be more of an international news source than the other nationalist controlled news agencies in Serbia, by allowing views different from their own. They are still heavy on the editing of content that is NOT pro Serb but they have progressed to a more open forum.
There was nothing in my post that violated their rules, I am not so sure about yours though.

"An alleged criminal". Innocent until proven guilty in court. If the same logic applies than all of Pristina is gulity for openly harbouring KLA terrorists. Thaci admitted he killed Serbs and unless Serb lives are worth less than Albanian lives (which unfortunately is the truth according to too many people) than he admitted he is guilty and the same justice should and eventually will apply to him, here or in hell where he certainly will go.

§It was the individual choice of members of The Serbian Orthodox Church to provide Goran Hadžic help. During the communist time The Serbian Orthodox Church was suppressed and the religious revival during the 1980s was only natural and coincided with the renewed Serbian identity and patriotism.

Exactly. Never generalize. But this means that these individuals from SPC should face charges for hiding an alleged criminal, just like anyone else who helped him, with no exception. They knew what they were doing, and being a church official doesn't make them less guilty of spare them from justice.

"The "truth" comes out",

You wrote "The truth is that the Serbian church is, was, and always has been an active part of "Albanian" "Muslim" persecution in Kosovo." Please provide me with some serious proof of that. The way you write it is like the Serbian State and the Serbian Orthodox Church were involved in some specifically at Albanians aimed inquisition.

Please spare us your BS. Muslim Albanians just love to trash all that is non-Muslim: it is in their nature! It was the individual choice of members of The Serbian Orthodox Church to provide Goran Hadžić help. During the communist time The Serbian Orthodox Church was suppressed and the religious revival during the 1980s was only natural and coincided with the renewed Serbian identity and patriotism. So how about the Roman Catholic Church in Croatia during WWII and in the 1990s? So keep blaming others for your failing and self-made misery.
(Milan, 20 July 2011 20:01)
I guess your message would hurt if I were Albanian, or even Muslim, but actually an outside observation. The truth is that the Serbian church is, was, and always has been an active part of "Albanian" "Muslim" persecution in Kosovo.
By the way, not Roman Catholic either so that one did not hurt either. Should you like for me to respond to the charge, I would need first to do some research.
Person's who helped to hide Hazdic, should be prosecuted irregardless of their "holiness".

"including a number of officials of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC)."
Maybe posters should remember this passage the next time they question how Albanians could desecrate a "holy" symbol of Serbia. The church is the face of the evil non Serbs had to endure during the conflicts.
