Although I am still suspicious of the Flotilla propaganda emanating mainly from Turkey nevertheless I was also horrified by the actions of the discredited Greek government in stopping the ships sailing from Greek ports.My sincere apologies to the Palestinian people on behalf of the Greek people, in and out of Greece, for the actions of our government.

Greece's collusion in Israel's military occupation of Palestinian lands for decades is a real affront to human rights.Whilst Western leaders self righteously breach about human rights from Iran to North Korea, they never speak with about Israel's imprisonment of the whole Palestinian people and confiscating their lands.

The subject of human rights is all very well so long as it doesn't get in the way of the more important subject of making money.

My sincere apologies to the Palestinian people on behalf of the Greek people, in and out of Greece, for the actions of our government.

This is stupid and pretentious. There are 11 million people in Greece and I don't know what gives you the right to apologise on our behalf for something many of us agree with.
