You're missing the point. The EU countries caused in material damage much more than they give to Serbia as "donations". Besides buildings and bridges being destroyed there is copious amounts of Uranium in the soil.

The best investor for Serbia is the South Korean company "Yura" which has created the most new jobs. Meanwhile EU countries require a great amount of layoffs before and after they buy a Serbian company.

People need to realise that it is a large amount of money for a poor country like Serbia, but even if more was given like it was the case for decades with Greece, Spain, Portugal...it will NOT help a country like Serbia with the above attitudes. Greece has only 9-10 million people living there, and have managed to collect 350 billion Euros in debts. Serbia can choose to follow on their steps or steps of countries like Belgium, Holland....
Northern Europe and Northern America can not continue this way, drain themselves feeding nations that refuse to change, refuse to join the TRUE democratic and prosperous world. I sincerely hope that attitudes will change on some parts of Europe, otherwise EU and US should reconsider how they use their resources and who they support.
