40% of electricity is payed? Here is another made up fact by a clown minister. Let me guess there's also over 280,000 Kosovar minorities in Serbia too?

Go back to the circus!!

I hope this gets solved soon its a burden for both sides. Should just cut off the north let it go and close it once and for all.

Serbs under Ibar get the choice to liveunder Kosovo or just relocate. Remove the Atasari plan from constitution of Kosovo change the ugly flag and all parties have something to show.

The big problem is that US/UK/France wont allow it Trpca is to important to them, especially UK.

If this happened Serbia has something win/win solution they been looking for. North is just trouble for Kosovo and this can allow both sides to grow.

But Serbs have to forget special treatment of their churches south of ibar this is best solution and people can start to normalize the relationship.

"Tahiri told Priština-based Albanian language daily that she would call on the Serbian government to pay the bills for electricity which KEK had delivered to citizens of northern Kosovo, populated mostly by Serbs."

So where's the problem? If EPS delivered the electricity for northern Kosovo, Serbian government should gladly pay the bill of RSD 0,00 to KEK for their delivery of energy.

But it says a lot if KEK in average gets only 40% of the electricity payed in Kosovo, while its 90% in the Serb enclaves (in case these numbers are correct)
