1.) Since you don't have the capacity to understand it, let me explain it a little bit more. Before the talks, Serbs in the North were opposing, currently they still do. So where is a disadvantage compared to before? Nowhere! Understood? Good! You fail again!
2.) Funny that you have to emphasize that over and over again. We call that over compensating with words, but effectly we call it: Talk is cheap! You fail...
3.) Albanian opposition does more or less the same as the Serbian opposition. They both want to become the next goverment. Your try to make this an „argument“, make so clear how desperate you really are...
4.) I remember only Belgrade burning when Kosovo was declaring independence and the new sport „shoe-stealing“ becoming very popular.
5.) Joining VISA Free regime. So fail!
6.) Indeed, and this was only the first round of talks. Expect more coming... you fail!
7.) I'm sorry that you don't understand even this one, but surely you will see it in the coming years. I actually even would prefer that Serbia has to take care in delivering energy to those big-mouth Serbs. Should they take care of unpaid bills.

You didn't present even a single argument. Just as I stated. Ever since the declaration of independence of Kosovo, Serbia was not capable of reversing a single achievement, not a single. This talks brought more to Kosovo and more rounds are about to come. There is nothing what was so far disadvantageous. But I clearly regard your desparate attempt to lie to yourself and others as a necessaity to uphold your fantasy. The facts, however, show very clearly: You lost, and the longer it takes for you to accept the more you are losing. Short: Epic Fail!

Aloha and cheers!

Some say the implementation of 'parallel institutions' is copied from Albanians in Kosovo who acted exactly like this during the YU-times, when local clans set up own schools, police and so on. This sounds more like Afghanistan tribal structures opposing to the central state government to me.

JohnC., you are living in a fantasy land; like this issue will be solved by a debate on this comment board. The effort and time you put typing into the wind tells me you must still live in your mother's basement; I just had to take time from the real world to respond. The fact is that Kosovo is now and will continue to be a still-born entity at most. As long as Serbia doesn't recognize it, which it won't, it will never get full unanimous recognition by all EU states which is necessary for recognition by the EU. In addition, it won't get past Russia or China to get into the UN: so that's not happening. Your arguments are peripheral and laughable. Without recognition by the EU or the UN, its "independence" is nothing but an illegal delusion, contrary to UNSC 1244 and international law. And so it shall remain: still-born...These discussions taking place now are theater for Brussels. But your love of Kosovo Albanians, whose most successful industry is organ trafficking and organized crime, is certainly noted.

Cheers,
Michael

1. Your reply makes no sense. You fail.
2. It's not. You want it to be, but no one is forcing them so Serbia gets concesions from you and you still get no recognition. You fail.
3. Yes but Albanian opposition has a point in their worries beause they know they get nothing from the deal. You fail.
4. They're also rioting and threatening social disorder. No one in Serbia is doing that. You fail.
5. Albania will join what? The EU? The EU is fed up with Albanian corruption and political infighting. Don't expect to get into the EU anytime soon, but hey, you people in Kosovo want to go to Tirana? Be my guest. You fail.
6. Great! You actually got something. Oops, expect for passports and cutoms labels. At least you get recognition of university diplomas. Whatever good that does you. You fail.
7. Cheap reply. KEK can't get bills paid on its own turf and no one wants to invest in whatever lignite isn't currently mined. You fail.

You asked for 1 example of an Albanian disadantage. I gave you 7 and that was the best you could come back with? LOL No wonder international officials need to speak for you at every turn. 1. You still don't have the north. And you won't get it.
2. Serbia isn't required to recognize
3. Albanian opposition parties are calling for a halt to these negotiations
4. Self Determination is protesting
5. Albanians still don't have any free movement
6. Serb ID cards and license plates are still used
7. EPS runs the power in the north, not KEK which can't even get its own people to pay electricity bills and is considered the most corrupt institution in Kosovo, so whatever this chick is saying about unpaid electricity bills goes right along with her delusions of advantage

You're absolutely right: everything is going as predicted. Serbia gets to look good in light of Albanian intransigence. They get an EU green light while you're left behind and further emasculated. :)

BTW - the Wikileaks articles basically says Kosovo is heading towards complete partition at the Ibar so I don't know what you have to be happy about :))
(Balkan Anthropologist, 16 July 2011 18:16)

1.) The current state is not different than before. The talks didn't make is worse or better. You fail!
2.) I thought that this is not part of the discussion. Freudian slip which comes from you. You fail!
3.) Just as Serbian opposition. You fail!
4.) Same as point 3.) You need blow up your arguments with repeats? Fail!
5.) Albania will soon join and each Albanian no matter where he lives is entitled to get Albanian citizenship. Who needs, can get it in Tirana. No problems. You fail!
6.) Just as Kosovarian license plates and IDs. Actually the first time that Serbia accepts Kosovarian documents. How they finally deal with them, who cares... You fail again!
7.) Well, this is the only point where discussion will arise. We will see. The energy deposites such as lignite are anyway way in Albanian controlled space. Nothing to worry about, so...fail again.

BTW.: Serbia will continue to be a place where investments will be only interesting when producing costs in Romania and Bulgaria are to high, as long as it remains outside the EU. That is the future for your children as long as you brabble Kosovo-je-Srbija. An economic agony. Germany will make sure of it as long as you don't come to your senses. Promised!

Every person who wants to achieve a sustainable solution for Kosovo must be happy about the idea of a partition of Kosovo - the only viable solution. Serbia gets(keeps) the North, the South gets truly independent (with special autonomy rules for the enclaves), and Kosovo becomes a real UN member state and not a self proclaimed pseudo entity.

Feel free to explain just in one example where something to Albanian disadvantage has been achieved. So far, it was only advantageous. You just project your own thinking to others, since it is Belgrade which is constantly lying about any progress. There is none. You just move closer to the inevitable and try to part this in digestible proportion for the internal audience which silently approves that gradual recognition.

Short: everything is exactly developing as predicted by many and confirmed by some in Wikileaks.

Cheers!
