EULEX: No investigation against Hashim Thaci

If EULEX was competent then Thaci as the KLA leader at the time of the factual abduction and war crime of holding civilians prisoner in another country outwith the war zone would immediately be under investigation. This happened no-one denies it not even Thaci yet the abduction and detention in Albania is itself is a war crime. There is no escaping the truth for Thaci nor his accomplices in the West.

EULEX = INCOMPETANCE

There you have it; no need for a Eulex whitewash investigation if they're not even going to investigate the prime suspect.

Proof that EULEX is not competent.

It is clear that there is no trust that this investigation can be conducted fairly by EULEX.

Unless the investigation is handed over to a competent and truly independent tribunal there will be excuses, doubts and negative political consequences.

I would suggest that the UN should at least have representatives involved in the process. Alternatively there could be a body of judges formed selected from a range of independent nations.

This matter is too important to be white-washed by pro-'Kosova' countries.

By the way. I am boycotting maps and atlases sold in Lidl stores as these have the word 'Kosova' where it should
read 'Kosovo'. I haven't yet decided to boycott Lidl for my shopping, but if enough people are prepared to join in the resistance we could all decide to shop elsewhere!!!

Nothing but incompetence and trying to sweep all the KLA "dirt" under the rug so that one sees it. And to have EULEX have the audacity to say that Thaci won't be investigated is absolutely ridiculous for rational people. With all the charges by Carla, and then by a two year investigation by distinguished and objective Dick Marty, ALL members of the KLA should be thoroughly scrutinized. The Serbs (ie. Tadic) should never have accepted EULEX and their "mandate"....which is apparently to whitewash the K-Albs from any accountability. Hopefully, the UN will get involved soon so as to really clean the "dirt" from under the rug.

Stating before the investigation they aren't going to investigate the "big fish" in this sure raises alot of questions.

So we've got NATO Secret documents labelled 'USA KFOR' identifying Thaci as the 'ring leader'. Carla Del Ponte and Dick Marty identifying claims of organ harvesting and EULEX goes out of it's way to comment that Thaci is not under investigation.

To see this investigation as non-bias and non-political is getting more and more difficult. It's becoming a joke, which would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

For all the non-Serb posters who claim no proof. To call Nato, Carla Del Ponte or Dick Marty pro-Serb on these claims, is a bigger joke than the EULEX investigation.

There is a lot of bad stuff about to happen to the KLA and this is just a word of comfort for the Kalbs so they don't go on another pogrom against the remaining minorities, vandalise churches, defecate on graves, harrass old Baka's and generally behave in the way we have come to expect.

It sounds like Eulex is going to follow a logical course, since Marty either has no evidence or is not going ot cooperate. They are going to establish that a crime has been committed, first and then the who's, what's, where's, to determine in which direction they should go.
Of course they are not privy to the vast knowledge of internet bloggers on here. They need to rely on actual evidence and not wishes and dreams.
