EULEX releases five Serbs arrested at Gazimestan

KPS is a face of the terrorist UCK and local clan based mentality.During my time in KiM in 2004 "illyrians" responded to the question what if Serbs were to return to Srbica/Skenderaj region, that they did not oppose until "Serbs behaved" - that meant live like a cattle behind the barbered wire under muslims` yoke... and as far as I know Roma Mahalla is still in ruins in South-Mitro - that is the Albanian mentality - their supremacy and to lie to outsiders as much as possible - it is pity my corrupt and selfish government has recognized this Middle-East-like piece of land in Europe as a kind of state.

So, in fact, KPS accused them of several kinds of 'misbehavior', but there was no evidence? Nevertheless they were detained? Interesting type of 'democratic police'.

These 5 individuals released will either never come to Kosovo again OR will come and behave as normal citizens.

It would be great if the "abnormal citizens" responsible for the pogrom against Serbs in 2004 could be rehabilitated. Unfortunately, to Albanians those thugs are heroes for destroying remnants of Serbia's heritage. I guess there is a double standard when it comes to rehabilitation in Albanian Kosovo.

To my knowledge Kosovo is democratic which respects the rule of law. Since it is in the Balkans it is difficult to excel in such awful neighborhood, infected with crimes of various nature.

I am happy with the fact that the 5 arrested are released. I am pretty sure that the time in detention for these small kid-criminals will be conducive and has served as a rehabilitation center that seems to lack in Serbia.

These 5 individuals released will either never come to Kosovo again OR will come and behave as normal citizens.

You mean real, independent eveidence, not some (maybe invented) stories? Says a lot about the credibility of these 'policemen'. How come that those officers who claimed to be hit by a rock have not been checked by doctors who could confirm their injuries?

Read the article properly.

The judge decided to end the investigation for lack of evidence. It was thrown out because the charges were a racially motivated farce.

They haven't been merely released on probabtion.

That what this article was about, wasn't it? EULEX is made in EU, btw., and is trying to provide Kosovo with a justice system based on European standards - which obviously are a bit different from the Kosovarian ones.

Analyst how old are you? There are evidence such as KP officers witnessing these punks throwing the rocks, the others feeling the pain of the rock(s) hitting them......BUT eulex wants outside evidence aka tape, pictures, etc.

Analyst they were set for 30 day probation as all suspects are pre-trial...I forgot that EULEX (made in Serbia) released them before the end of sentencing. But to be clear they were suspended for 16-17 days instead of 30...happy?

Just in time for the next Red Star game probably. Now, back to Serbia to spread love and peaceful intentions to other Serbian people.
