Ruling Democrats "look to get funding via own NGOs"

The letters NGO stands for No Good Opportunists, and the letters NGOs stands for No Good Opportunists invading Serbia.

I think that any Proper Serbian Government should expel these NGO troublemaking Foreign Spies.

This sounds totally criminal to me.

Let me get this straight. They're asking their members to form legal entities for raising finances under false pretenses.

This is massive, naked fraud.

Also, the suggestion to appropriate state funds for channelling into party coffers is straightforward theft from the Serbian people.

Political parties in the west have not only lost elections but have been completely destroyed over this sort of thing.

you need to be a bit more specific. "NGO" is just a type of organization, a legal entity. There's nothing inherently "foreign" about an "NGO". If you're from the americas, which you probably are, NGO is simply the international word for "charity" or "non-profit organization"
