While I agree that it would be very funny to see Bush indicted for war crimes, is anyone here really that bothered that some Taliban prisoners got killed. I mean, for God's sake, it's the Taliban - not a nice bunch of lads at all. Would you rather they'd all been treated with due kindness and then settled with their mates in Central BiH? No, I don't like to say it, but the yanks probably called it right on this occasion.

How amazing would it be to wake up one morning, check B92 and the first headline reads "Bush & Co. sent to Hague on war crimes"...

...then again, the Hague seems to only indict Serbs...

The Dasht-i-Leili massacre may have been the biggest atrocity (in terms of deaths) committed since the Srebrenica massacre. between 250 and 3,000 Taliban prisoners were shot to death in metal truck containers, while being transferred by Northern Alliance soldiers from Kunduz through the Dasht-i-Leili desert in Afghanistan. The transferred prisoners were under supervision of forces loyal to General Rashid Dostum. In 2009 Dostum denied the accusations. According to all sources, many of the prisoners died from suffocation inside the containers and some witnesses claim that those who survived were raked with gunfire. The dead were buried in a mass grave under the authority of Commander Kamal. Those who participated in the burial included Commander Taher Charkhi, who voices no regret for their deaths. "Thousands should have died, not hundreds," he has said.

Why is America to be blamed for that? or Why blame Dutch for Srebrenica Massacre?

Because witnesses stated that US troops were present, gave the orders, and took part in the killings.

If the standards imposed by the ICTY are toi be followed, then that is an act of Genocide (if Srebrenica was genocide, how could that not be?), and Bush is responsible (if Karadzic is responsible, then bush must be too)

The US investigating its own war crimes? Somehow I doubt that. I have heard more and more people mention the Dasht-i-Leili Massacre which the US has covered up. Bush is a war criminal

Not going to be hard to prove exactly, theres Photos, and A Bush Confession, Lets see if the USA can finally do something right and convict this monster guilty of some of the worst atrocities ever to take place (Dropping White Phosphorous on Children in Fallujah, Packing thousands of POWs into crates where they suffocated, then burying them in mass graves, Causing the deaths of 600,000 In Iraq)
