Not Milosevic, Milosevic had boycotted Srpska by that point and was furious when he found out, It could however, have been Karadzic, but theres nothing to indicate that either, It was more likely it was simply Mladic's order

meanwhile the remnants of the mass-murdered CONTINUE to be un-earthed throughout "RS," followed by their slow and painful identification, and "repatriation" to families when possible. it ain't a fun business, but it's what our frnd dr. ewa specializes in, and thank god for her and (some of) her colleagues.

as for those who continue to deny the crimes and horrors throughout the 90s, you share moral responsibility with those who perpetrated the original evil.
