You can always ask Obama to attack China or are they in the business of showing off their strength against weak and unarmed states.

China is going to rip the US apart and there is nothing the United Sates of Windbags can do about it except say “yes sir; no sir; how high do you want us to jump”.

In the context of the article (Albania, Serbia, Montenegro being mentioned as high offenders) your (as Albanian) comment makes only sense if you mean Microsoft and USA. With that I have nothing to contest.

BELGRADE -- "The software piracy rate in Serbia has been at 74 percent for three years running", the Serbia office of the U.S. software giant Microsoft said.

The company said its research showed that only one in four computers in Serbia had "a legal OS installed".

Next to Albania and Montenegro, Serbia has the highest piracy rate in the region, and some IT companies which sell hardware and software are among the factors keeping the rate so high, according to a Microsoft research conducted over the last 12 months in almost 500 companies.

Keep in mind, this survey is economically motivated and has one big problem - they forgot other countries like Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Russia and such.

Ask anyone, is a bloated operating system with broken support (ever talked to a customer service representative in Bangalore?) worth half or third the monthly salary or not?

And how about the "productivity" bloatware?

Keep in mind, that Linux is for free, FreeBSD has the best license plan on the Planet Earth and that Apple's restriction regarding third-party hardware is not valid in E.U. - so a decent "for money" operating system costs $29.

Than you have (almost) everything you need and even the commercial software tends to cost less. We are 100% Microsoft-free here.
