All those serbs who want to return should, and their property returned to them. Those that live in their houses now should be prosecuted for theft and pay reparations. Those who do not wish to return through fear of prosecution should be compensated by the Croatian treasury. Also in Bosnia where Serbs owned 65% of the country, they need to be compensated. The same goes in Kosovo. If you want to be in Europe you have to play by the rules. When one thinks of it this way, it is clear who was really ethnically cleansed.
