Zoran,

Why Albanians should be proud of slavs (nothing wrong with that),when they have there countryman to be proud of,DANIEL GODELLI ,few times European champion on weight lifting and this year World Champion .
You guys make too much of nothing.

Zoran

Sounds like Joe and Danilo are sharing sour grapes. As for our local ethnic Albanians, they should be proud of their countryman winning Wimbledon and achieving the world number one position. Also, since they love Slavs so much, 3 out of the 4 men and women in the finals were Slavs.

Well done Nole. A great sportsman and person.

Big deal.A serb playing with american tennis racquet. No wonder he wins. Why doesn't he ask his russian brothers to manufacture one for him.In that case he would not achive anything. Those who spit at US all time on this forum should bear in mind that their icon played with HEAD tennis raquet and not an AK-47.

Greatness in a human being is shown when they say “Anyway, congratulations for the victory.”

Organ trafficking and drug dealing?

Joe,

I spit at the USA. Many people play with the “american tennis racquets” but a Serb has beaten them all. With 90% of the US GDP combined of various services these racquets compose the remaining 10% your industry still provide. And very likely they are made in China. Your problems with the auto industry raised because you were late to shift it to that country. Now they are buying Hammer and other brands one by one. As for Serbia it needs not the “american tennis racquets” but the Russian anti aircraft rockets and missiles like S-300 , S-400 Iskander and S-500. Then you won’t be able to remain unpunished cause your Patriots are just peanuts against our missiles and we all know it. I spit once again , cheese !

-- I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty comfortable believing Djokovic's win had more to do with his skill than the country his racquet came from, which if it's American, might very well have been Made in China.

Talk about a dumb Albanian making even a dumber comment. Perhaps you might want to take a closer look at the racquet and you just might see that its made in China just like all the things you buy in the US. The company that produces tennis equipment is a corporation – they do not have loyalty to a country, they are there to make a profit. Watch how quickly the corporations pack up and leave the US once taxes are increased there.

None can argue that serbs are good in sports.Today's victory in tennis, the glorious Cervena Zvezda in soccer,Partizan in basketball in 1970s etc are facts.Even I, have been upset when Zvezda lost vs AC Milan in 1988 because I believed that Zvezda represented the Balkans. But after 1989 I never have seen Yugoslavian tv anymore and also I never rule for srebian teams and stop listening to Zdravko Colic,Bajaga Instructori,Bjelo Dugme and other great serbian singers.

Anyway,congratulations for the victory.

Joe what a childish comment and typical of people that have no idea what what it takes to be number 1 in professional sport. The hard word, dedication and discipline has seen this youngster achieve the pinnacle of the tennis world, and in case you didn't know what that was it was to be the number 1 ranked player in the world and winning Wimbledon.
Now Joe do us a favour go back and crawl back under that smelly hole you came from, you ignorant imbecile.

Congratulations to Djoko and his team.Besides winning the most prestigious tournament and becoming Number1 on ATP ranking list he managed to beat the reigning number 1 within half a year(Rafa is officially the first before the new ranking list is released on monday) 5 times which has never happened in the history of tennis(not even entire calendar year).Taking into account that tennisw season continues on Hard courts the surface where he traditionally performed the best it is very possible he grabs both USO and AO and next may he can play in RG for Non-calendar Gran Slam with good chances .I have no doubt the guy will win more than 10 GS titles during his career. Both Sampras and Federer became dominant pretty much at the same age.

A great victory, even if the match itself was not the best at Wimbledon this year. This really is huge!

Well done to Novak, he is somebody who wasn't afraid to step up. Not only that but I think the final showed that he has a psychological edge against Nadal (in Rafa's mind too) - that gives him every chance of more victories in the future.

To those who are constantly seeking some negative aspects - Novak's win should teach you something, you can't win in life if you are not positive.

I am now looking forward to the US Open, its a pity that Djokovic went out at the French Open. In this form, he could have won the Grand Slam.

Congratulations to Novak Dokovic for finally winning the wimbledon title. He can definitely claim his number one ranking with no questions asked. It was a pleasure seeing a Serb getting recognition on american television. I have noticed that, during the last few Summer Olympic opening ceremonies, the american broadcasters would cut to a commercial whenever the Serbian team entered the stadium. I always regarded that as further examples of american immaturity and pettiness. Today, Novak forced them to acknowledge his accomplishment. I hope he wins the us open later this year.

As for those who jumped all over me for reminding everybody that Dokovic needs to win wimbledon to claim his number one ranking, isn't this better than trying to celebrate after he loses the match. You people need to raise your expectations in all areas of life, especially from your government. Stop settling for the same, old, phoney lies your government tells you and demand a better Serbia.

To those who are constantly seeking some negative aspects - Novak's win should teach you something, you can't win in life if you are not positive.

I am now looking forward to the US Open, its a pity that Djokovic went out at the French Open. In this form, he could have won the Grand Slam.

Today Novak is king of the tennis world.Congratulations on a hard fought victory and keep up the winning at the Grand Slam level since these are the only ones that will be remembered.Come to the US Open and continue to play tough. To all the Serbs partying in Chicago tonight now they have an extra reason to drink one more glass.

Congratulations Djokovic. You have done us all proud.

Just wondering who is giving all those negative ticks and where are our regular Albanian posters. Cannot bring themselves to say anything positive. Guess too much to ask.

Nice distraction from the capitulation of the Tadic regime in regards to Kosovo. This is a shamefull day for Serbia and there is no honour or victory in any sports distraction. How many more defeats and humiliations will Serbia have to suffer under the rule of this Puppet regime?

Firstly, WELL DONE and CONGRATULATIONS to Novak!
A trully amazing victory!

Seconldy, to the above comment..
Sounds a lot like jealously to me.
I wonder how the albanians are going in Tennis, or in ANY sport?

Come to think of it, what have the albanians ever accomplished or achived in their entire insignificant history?
Organ trafficking and drug dealing?
In this, albanians are the undisputed world champions!

"Joe",

Maybe his tennis racquet/racket was made in China and nobody knows where it was actually designed. A few people who catched them will be quite happy. If Djokovic's win made your day so miserable then there are too things to be cheerful about today. What a soar loser you are!

-- I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty comfortable believing Djokovic's win had more to do with his skill than the country his racquet came from, which if it's American, might very well have been Made in China.

No one is trying to humiliate people, but in the heat of exchanges sometimes things get out of hand.
Greatness in a human being is shown when they say “Anyway, congratulations for the victory.”
Thanks for your gesture.

AS opposed to many other posters by no means would I like you to go to other sites.Your comments which are a mixture of endless stupidity and limitless envy always amuse me.Nothing is healthier than a good laugh.
I will never forget another of your golden hits related to tennis:http://www.b92.net/eng/news/comments.php?nav_id=70485

Petty, Joe, really petty... an all time low for you.

"A petty mind trying to become passionate will merely reduce everything to its own pettiness and ... A small mind, though it can go to the moon, though it can acquire a technique, though it can cleverly argue and defend, is still a small mind. (Krishnamurti)

Petty Joe.
