This guy is trying hard to paper over his loss of power and standing in BiH.
For those that do not understand how it works then here it is; to have appointed the Austrian goat herder as the de facto ruler of BiH, hiring and firing anyone that sets in his way, then to have Katherine Ashton over ride his decisions and go direct to Baja Luka is insulting to say the least to Inzko and his office.
Dodik has won and in a big way at that. I have always said that Dodik is a smart operator at all levels and like a good winner he does not gloat but builds on his win.
The international community will do absolutely nothing if RS wishes to break away, but its because the EU funds BiH that RS stays there – you can see the worth of the international community over the International Criminal Court warrants for the arrest of the Gaddafi regime – the African countries have openly said “you can stick that warrant where the sun don’t shine”.
The west is dying on its feet on the most exposed spot called the world stage.

“If there is something I object to, it is anti-Dayton behavior, which Dodik sometimes does or comes close to,”

Yes, exactly, and we as Serbs object to it too, when you start dismissing Republika Srpska, and try to shove it under the carpet hoping to go away...Once you mess with RS, you've messed with the Dayton accords. You can't pick and choose your favourite parts sir...

As far as positive outlooks go, this is a huge contrast compared to the grim situation the Austrian pointed out less than 3 months ago..

I get more understanding with my children's yo-yos, then the statements coming out of some of these Eurocrats...

As I've said before our little court jester of Srbska, Dodik, would be read the Riot Act and gagged after his most recent infantile outburst. I doubt we will be hearing from him anytime soon, if ever again.
