Appease the EU just a bit by cooperating with Kosovo per UN Resolution 1244 and slowly gain power and restore our status as regional power. That's when the Albanians will wish they hadn't cooperated with us.

An agreement which includes Kosovo can, per definition, never be an agreement between two or more states. It's the EU who wanted the talks, it's the EU who proposed the agreements, it's the EU as a guarantor that takes care that neither side will violate them, it's Serbian and Kosovo representatives who had to say 'yes' - nothing more, nothing less.

Exactly, the EU is acting as the counter-party here so both parties will make reciprocal agreements with the EU.

“Serbia is not making an agreement with so-called Republic of Kosovo, it's more of an agreement with the EU which serves as a mediator and someone that will monitor any reached agreement,“ Ivanović stressed.
