that's the UNITED states of America whereas Kosovo and Serbia are independent of each other. You failed to make that observation.

Thanks,

Each one of the 50 states in the US issues its own drivers licenses and registration plates which are recognized by all other so what is the problem?

Ha ha ha! I think Edita Tahiris english is as bad as yours. That's why she missunderstood the results of the negotiotions. So many americans in Kosovo and you still cant write and speak english. How you managed to convince them that you were the good guys is a mystery.

By the way, the saying goes like this:
"If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck."

Unless, of course, it is carrying a certificate saying that it is not a duck.

Zoran, isn't it strange that you support and trust the entire Tadic government strategy, and in every post you reiterate that its strategy is continually helping to bring about your desired outcome of more than autonomy, less than independence, but you hate this government's guts. Just curious, that's all.

Not everything has to be black and white. I can support peaceful negotiations while disliking the government in other areas.

I do not support selling out and that risk remains but it only plants the seeds for future conflict. If they get it right then we all benefit. The fact that the EU is the mediator also has its risks but if we can finally end the cycle of violence and hatred between Serbians and Albanians then the future is brighter. We can also show the world that other conflict regions can be solved through negotiations and compromise.

It's a shame the West prevented this in the past and sabotaged other peace agreements. Hundreds of thousands of people in the former YU would be alive today if they didn't push people towards war.

He added that Kosovo citizens would be able to use so-called Kosovo ID cards and drivers licenses but that Serbian police would issue two certificates at the administrative line which would confirm that it was only an administrative control.

I wonder how die hards on this site will spin this thing to their liking!?

You can selectively pick one thing or another but the whole package falls under more than autonomy, less than independence my friend. If done right it will bring lasting peace to the region.
