Gee, why are they so afraid of taking it out of EULEX'S hands?
If they want truth and justice, shouldn't all measures be implemented and not insist on only one?

Why should they want to take it out of EULEX's hands, if they have confidence in Eulex and they should since they put it together why should they hand it to someone else. To apease you and others who would not be happy with whatever they do.

Stop wasting time with the UNSC; submit a resolution to the UN General Assembly this fall.

Absoluately right JohnBoy.
I have said it many times that UNSC could be bypassed when it comes to Kosova becoming a UN Member. You take the mattter first to UNSC, if it does not pass, than there is way around where the matter is taken to UNGA, and if you get 2/3 of votes,it is a done deal.
Good point, once again.
By the way, Kosova has a much,much better chance of getting 2/3 of votes for membership than phantom organ case, which has no chance at all.
