The compromise should mean that "Kosova" is not under Serbia, correct, but Kosovo i Metohija remains a province of Serbia. Ethnic Albanian areas are ruled by their like while the rest has strong links back to Serbia. So although elements of independence will exist in "Kosova", at the international level, full and legitimate independence will not. This is where Serbia can claim KiM to be ours.

More than autonomy, less than independence is reality. We just need to start improving the everyday lives of those living in the province. As mentioned, we probably can't live together with this generation but if we can live side by side peacefully then that is a great achievement. I think future generations will start realising that we have more in common with each other than with the US or other Europeans.

There Could be some People wondering why it is in the Self Interest of the Albanians of Kosovo to Lobby for the Full Implementation of the SAA Agreement with Serbia by All Countries of the European Union.

We have already seen that the SAA Agreement must be Fully Implemented before there can even be the Consideration of a Referendum to be held on Kosovo’s independence.

However, the Most Important Reasons are because it will show the Attitude of the Albanians of Kosovo toward Serbia, toward the Serbian People, but especially towards the Serbian Minority in Kosovo.

The other Reason is that it will show the European Union Countries and other Countries of the World if the Albanians of Kosovo are Pursuing Genuine Reconciliation, or if every European Union Country really wants there to be Genuine Reconciliation between the Serbian People and the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

If any European Union Countries do not want to Fully Implement the SAA Agreement with Serbia, even after Lobbying by the Albanians of Kosovo, then it will prove that these Countries have Changed their minds, and they do not want Kosovo to become independent.

If the Kosovo Albanians realize that, then they know that they will be granted more than Autonomy, but less than Independence, but only as Serbian Citizens of Albanian Ethnicity.

There Could be one or more European Union Country who initially recognized Kosovo Albanian Declaration of Independence, who May have Changed their minds, and now, they do not want Kosovo to become independent.

If this is true, then they May not want the Kosovo Albanians to realize this just yet, but they would use Subtle and Subliminal Messages in order for the Kosovo Albanians to understand this.

We all know that there will have to be a Referendum in Serbia for Kosovo to become Independent, and some people may think that this is a Fantasy and Wishful Thinking.

However, what is not a Fantasy to Every European Union Country, is that the Albanians of Kosovo have not Lobbied for the Implementation of the SAA Agreement with Serbia, and some European Union Countries may think that it is Wishful Thinking that Kosovo could succeed if it became independent.

It is interesting that some People thought that the Serbian statement on the Car Number Plates matter was contradictory.

It Could be that only those People who have Serbian Passports and Serbian Number Plates can travel anywhere in Serbia and in non-restricted areas of Kosovo.

It Could be that those People who do not have Serbian Passports and Serbian Number Plates can travel only in non-restricted areas of Kosovo.

Those restricted areas can be reviewed from time to time, with the mutual agreement of Belgrade and Pristina, as the situation in Kosovo is monitored.

We can now see that it is in the Self Interest of the Albanians of Kosovo to Lobby for the Full Implementation of the SAA Agreement between the European Union and Serbia.

Mr Team leader you can lie to your people how much you want. It dosent matter to us albanians. But you will recognize Kosovo piece by piece until you finaly will recognize it directly. This is an condition to enter EU both serbs and albanians know that.

If you coulden't keep Kosovo inside Serbia during the 80's and 90's when albanians had no power or nothing how much chance do you have in present time when albanians rule Kosovo??

Reamember that KSF(Kosovo security forces) are not formed just for fun. Nobody need's an army with weapons to fight fire or disaster. An province have no army.


Serb comentors here can play childish games and say ''Kosovo is not an state'' or ''KSF is not an army'' but we all know the real truth. Serbia has no place in Kosovo and will not have. They can play their last game in N.Kosovo but N.Kosovo will stay where it is. In Kosovo you cannot create and false entity as in you did in Bosnia. Serbs in N.mitrovica will stay inside the borders of Kosovo you will see!!


In an couple decades serbs will be less than 1% in Kosovo because the young will move to Serbia and the old will die out. And I understand those young wich moves to Serbia. Why would they want to live with albanians when they can live with serbians? Kosovo is albanian land and because of that albanians live there and not serbs. Ket serbs live with their own and albanians can live with their own.

This situation reminds me of the cartoon character from PEANUTS. His name is Linus, the child with the proverbial "security blanket". Eventually, his security blanket is no longer needed as he matures. This is the same psychological process that Serbia is going through concerning Kosova being its security blanket. When Serbia is sufficiently mature, she will learn to live without Kosova. At that point, provided Serbia has met ALL of the EU's conditions, she will be allowed to complete the SAA procedure.
