You mean after months of saying that EULEX is incapable of conducting the investigation, now Serbia is asking the UN to creat a mandate for EULEX to do so.
Brings back memories of how Serbia stood up and said no EULEX in Kosovo, then suddenly requested that EULEX come in as if it was being forced on the Albanians. Of course by that time dates of turnover of duties had already been formed.
I have always said the one true way to get Serbia to recognize the independence of Kosovo is for the Albanians to start saying they want to be a part of Serbia so the Serbs can force it on them.
