Sounds like EU is against free speech otherwise why would they have a law that leaves the definition of "hate speech" to those in power. Who decides what is hate speech. A republic isn't a democracy, true, but "free" speech is what the world is supposed to be moving towards, or, was moving towards. Now, it's using hate speech to move EU back to the dark ages and shows the political fear and hate of Christianity. If the Church people don't want the Church being torn down than who does, the government, well that's not the government's role in governing, tearing down a Church because it wants to. Shades of socialism, Nazism, communism, secularism, dictatorships, etc. showing their hate towards Christianity and using their laws they passed to do their bidding.

I can't see how it is hate speech when he is asking for God to judge them.
He is not pronouncing any sentence or saying that we ought to hate them but only asking for God to decide.
Since when is this considered hate speech?
What is he supposed to say? I have no comment?

With Serbia banning the 1389 Movement and Montenegro prosecuting a Bishop for "hate speech" both countries have shown that they are committed to meeting EU standards on free speech and religious freedom.

Now they have to tkae the next step and reopen Goli Otok.

Oh this is happening in Montenegro. I thought it was about Irinej and his hate speech against Serbian citizens of different sexual preferences than the majority. Whatever happened there? Irinej was asked by a judge to apologize or otherwise face justice. Did he apologize? Did he face justice? Neither of the two?

The concept of Hitler's 'big lie' is alive in EU: the lie that there is freedom of speech. Anyone who disagrees with the immoral agenda (or in this case, political agenda) of a European government can be charged with 'hate speech'. It is ironic that there was more freedom for the Lord in Roman Palestine than for Christians in modern Europe.
