Lenard, do you mean that a serbian citizen need permission from Sarajevo to visit Republika Srpska? Is that a VISA or some other kind of permission you are refering to? All that is needed is a id card, not even a passport.
Or do you know something that we don't know about regarding travel documents and "permissions" ?
