Serbia's Defense Minister Dragan Šutanovac said Wednesday that Kumanovo agreement should be modified so it would be beneficial both to Serbia and KFOR.
At least the ARMY knows where the Serbian 'furthermost south' base is, which is above the Kosovo border, thus DEFACTO recognising Kosovo as ;)
Got to be carefull what you write thsese days, perhaps even mentioning KOSOVO would mean that
Albania cannot and does not want to take over anything. It doesn't have resources to absorb an area as large as Kosova. For as long as Kosova is multi-ethnic with Serbs and Albanians, it will be a political suicide for Albania to even think about joining with Kosova, it will only trigger another war.

Also, with only 30 military people to watch a 17 kilometer border, that means these 30 individuals working 8 hour shifts would limit them by requiring each soldier to guard 1.7 kilometers of border. Maybe the highduke will volunteer his services in order to give his countrymen time for a coffee break.
The only change that will come in the near future is Albania taking over Kosovo.

If you hear a leader of NATO saying the Kumanovo agreement needs to be changed then start celebrating. The Serb side has been saying it since 1999 and you are not one inch closer to a change today.
Kosovo isn't independent, it is a NATO colony just as Croatia or Albania are. If thats what you call independence then I think you need to go and find a dictionary to read the true meaning of independence.

By Kumanovo agrement KFOR must have close relations with Serbia... also Serbia has right to send troops to Kosovo , thats why SuNATOvac want to change that agreement...

Sutanovac or rather SuNATOvac has to be one of the most pathetic defence ministers I have ever seen. It seems that his idea of militarity defending Serbia is to agree with whatever KFOR sees fit, God forbid if Serbia ever went to war he or someone like him be defence minister. He is an utter disgrace to the glorious history of the Serbian army, great military leaders from WWI like Vojvoda Misic and Radomir Putnik would turn in their graves if they could see this.
