Device planted under KPS vehicle in north

The victim is a Serb KP-Officer who is loyal to Prishtina.
When will Serb extremists stop assaulting other Serbs, who are loyal Kosovar citizens?

Oh, in the north. Maybe some Serbian 'playing kids' this time, for a change? Or is Kurti present in the north, too, mabye? ;-)

Albanians dont want KPS to turn into another EULEX staffed with Serbs instead of Westerners.

I'm not pointing fingers . I'm happy to hear no person bystander of KP officer was hurt in this provocative incident. However it is illogical to exclude the northern part of Kosovo from progress. I call on EULEX and Pristina to bring rule of law and put an end to "playing kids" and/or organized criminals running this area.
