Dear J.B.,
Easier said than done! Serbia simply does not have the military muscle to "reclaim" anything. Beside, they are under the careful eye of NATO.

Not to nitpick, but isn't an internationl high representative holding sway over social, political, and/or economic dealings in Kosovo all part of the "supervised independence" package? This should not come as a surprise to anyone. What next? The power of Christopher Dell's SMS messages selecting/de-selecting/re-selecting Kosovo's president?
