Yes you're right. Before that, the local police authority was the one who has persecuted the majority of Kosovo population and tried to maintain apartheid that was over even in South Africa.

Ravna Gora, you said that "Albanians think that they are superior race". There is no superior race, and your perception on this is wrong. When everything started in 1991, most of you aclaimed evil/wrong policy that serbs in Bosnia and in Croatia who had no status (autonomy) in these republics, can separate, while Albanians who had Autonomy in Kosovo have no right to separate...this is it Mr.Ravno.

Of course it was the KLA and other Albanian terrorist groups that began the Kosovo war-for years they assasinated serb policemen and serb civilians funding thier terrorist organization through the drug trade. But these are just pesky facts to be brushed aside. Albanians love to hate Serbs-its thier favorite pastime. Just look at the daily commentary by Albanians which B-92 allows to be published on this web site. Never do any of these albanaian comments expouse anything positive, they never put forward any solutions to solving problems. Albanians dont want peace, they dont want to co-exist or build a future-THEY JUST WANT TO HATE SERBS, GET AS MANY OTHER NATIONS TO HATE SERBS, DESTROY ALL TRACES OF SERBS IN KOSOVO-and they have a perfect forum here on B-92 to do so. To serbian media institutions such as B-92 its is of paramount importance to let Albanians have a forum to spew thier racist, pointless hatred-in thier frame of mind it is a way of showing the west how liberal they are. Albanaians believe that they are a superior race to serbs. Many of the liberal media in Serbia (who have a total monopoly on media information in the country) also believe that they are superior to the Serbs who live outside of belgrade. In the real serbia-outside of the mansions and fancy apartments in belgrade is the real serbia-a nation of survivors!

We have to sit her day in and day out and listen to our world portrayed to us by a small elite class of people who have branded themselves as a new uber euro class (actually what they are is the same old clique of yugoslav socialists who hovered around milosevic and have reinvented themselves). They even have a term which they use to describe us its seljaci-which for them is a deragatory term meaning villagers.

I don't understand is he saying, bg constitution > EU??

Don't forget that the EU doesn't want to join Serbia....it's the other way around.

avoid any shred of responsibility...blame anything and anyone else... it was all a conspiracy... serbs were hapless victims.

run from the unfettered reality that for the decades of strife and violence to wreck the balkans...serbs and serbs alone were the ONE and ONLY common denominator across ALL ethnic and Religious lines.

hide from the fact that throughout it all serbia proper remained untouched as poor misunderstood serbs simply had no choice but to freely and safely export their violence to all their former neighbors.

deny the truth that it took bombs that gave serbia barely a taste of what they had been giving... for them to have finally discovered the thought that maybe all of this was not such a good idea.

thats right Ravna Gora..you are the victim. keep repeating it ad nauseum... let everyone see how little serbs have changed.
