Tadic is disappointing me.

His declaration that he is incapable of making it work when he is president and Nikolic premier sounds like a declaration of incompetence. Every country with a strong president faces a problematic situation when the opposition wins the elections. But other countries like the US and France are perfectly capable of making it work.

Tadic condemnation of Nikolic's hunger strike sounds like cheap politics. The hunger strike wasn't Nikolic's finest hour, but neither was the way Tadic conducted politics under Kostunica. But drawing the attention to it serves no function. The voters know about it. But what theye really care about is a discussion about political topics. And by questioning Nikolic's integrity Tadic is evading a political discussion. It may very well happen that the voters will not like this.

Tadic is playing a tricky game at the expense of Serbia. By blackpainting Nikolic towards Europe he is setting Nikolic up for a lot of problems in Brussels when he might become prime minister. That is not in the interest of Serbia. By involving Nikolic in present day politics as much as possible Tadic could ascertain that when Nikolic takes over as prime minister he will share many visions with him. Instead Tadic seems to prefer to keep Nikolic out in the cold. The likely consequence is that Nikolic will start his rule with some stumbling before he finds his style.

every REAL state has plans and is prepared for all possibilities, but to make that perfectly clear, dividing southern serbian territory is NOT a legitimate approach.

that´s giving in to foreign pressure and aggression.

Tadic is simply the wrong man in office. there should be a rather clear commitment in regard to respect for the serbian constitution by a president of Serbia.

this man should just resign.

as for KiM, Serbia will prevail, there´s no doubt about it - only the time it will take depends on how Serbia handles the issue.

"As to the YUL comment. Sadly Tadic is in coalition with JUL senior (SPS)and some of the members of the governing coalition are just as corrupt as those from the 90s."

I disagree that some of the members of the governing coalition are as corrupt as from the 90s. Just from the stories I hear as an average citizen, and not second or third hand but eyewitness accounts, I would say ALL members are as corrupt. If this government was serious about fighting corruption they'd have to start by arresting themselves. But I still don't think Tomas wants to be in power.

Oh Tadic c'mon I thought you're smarter. Did EU tell you that good neighborly relations are MUST DO thing before you can talk about Serbia's Euro-Atlantic integrations.
You should tell your citizens that until you recognize Kosova's independence you aren't going anywhere.

Reunification of Albania is Albanian thing and you shouldn't bother talking about it. It's up to Albanians to decide, period.

Greater Albania “political reality”

Looks like Serbia is pushing intensively lately on creating the "Greater Albania".It is the second time in less than a couple of weeks that Tadic mention creating the "Greater Albania".Dacic did that too when he said that Kosovo issue shoild be solved between Albania and Serbia.Nikolic did the same today on an interview with the Austrian newspaper Die Presse. What you Serbs don't understand is that you cannot by pass the Kosovo Albanian factor.Only the people that live in Kosovo have the right to decide on their fate. Not the politicians in Belgrade and Tirana. Grab the two Germanies model on bilateral relations before it is to late.Serbia will never get into the EU without solving Kosovo issue. That has been stated clearly under"good neighborly relations".

Both parties are unfit to run Serbia.

KOSO,
I point the finger of drawing border at your people for the ongoing ethnic cleaning of Serbs from Kosovo, if you people knew how to be civilised and co-exist there would have been no war, but no, no matter what crimes were committed by the Albanians it was all necessary in the name of creating a country run by gangsters.

Instead of trying to scare people. Maybe Tadic should look at himself and his parties/coalitions failures and maybe see why Nikolic has been succesful so far?

May god forbid SNS coming to power. May he also forbid 4 more years of the government we have now.

As to the YUL comment. Sadly Tadic is in coalition with JUL senior (SPS)and some of the members of the governing coalition are just as corrupt as those from the 90s.
When it comes to corruption, nothing reveals Tadic stance more then - the Tycoons should build a bridge or two to legalized there wealth (essentially what he said ones).

Serbia doesn't need enemies with leaders like the SNS and Tadic. They do more damage to Serbia just by governing.

Boki shouldn't worry, Toma has no intention of ever forming a government, he's far too comfortable in opposition, and will do anything, including faking a hunger strike or standing on a platform with former JUL members to call for an end to corruption, to stay there. I think somebody should tell Aca though. he's an ambitious, if not too bright, young man and playing second fiddle to the second fiddle won't be much to his liking.

The president, however, believes that a change of borders is a factor of instability, recalling that Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence was also an attempt to change borders.

No clown that is a lie. The Kosovo-Serbia borders were existent at least since 1974. With the DOI they were transformed from administrative to sovereign borders between us.

If you really want to point fingers at border drawing, then point at yourself. Some examples I would cite is the northern portion of Kosovo, Bosnia, etc.
