Kosovo Minister Goran Bogdanović says that organ trafficking charges brought against private Priština clinic Medicus were "a good message to Kosovo Serbs".

The Medicus case is totally unrelated to Dick Marty's charges. Not sure why this "minister" is throwing dust in everyone's eyes and trying to associate the two.
The Medicus charges are about something that occured in 2008 by the turkish citizen Yusuf Sonmez(human trafficking, organized crime and unlawful exercise of medical activities), and Israeli citizen Moshe Harel (human trafficking and organized crime).

How can Eulex do the investigation when they cannot protect the witnesses? Is the EU, along with the Albanians, trying to sweep this organ-harvesting matter under the rug?

First there is nothing that connects the Medicus case with what has been alleged against the KLA.
Second there does not seem to be any reason to protect witnesses in the Medicus case.
Third Eulex claims that they have an adequate witness protection program and that is only disputed by those who want to cast doubts on the investigation if it does not end in their desired result.
