Tadić to meet with European Council president

The European Union says Reforms are a Precondition for obtaining Candidate Status, and the Word Reform is a Euphemism and a Secret Code Word.

The Euphemism of Reforms is the European Union’s Code Word that they do not want Kosovo Albanians in the European Union, and that is understood by most People, especially Serbia’s Politicians,

This is because the European Union knows what really happened in 1999, and what is happening today with Serbia’s Southern Province.

In my opinion, this Offer is a Very Generous Offer, and it is a Genuine Attempt to resolves the centuries of antagonism between the Serbs and the Albanians.

The Albanians should not try to be too clever by half, with accusing the Serbs of racism, because if the Albanians consider themselves to be desperately in need of Multiculturalism, then they will end up with Autonomy in Serbia.

I wrote: I am in favour of Partition of 67% of Kosovo with Total Racial Segregation of Albanians and Non-Albanians from all of Serbia and Kosovo, but only if Camp Bondsteel stays with Serbia.

What this means is that Camp Bondsteel will be on Serbian Soil, even if it has to be join to Serbia by a thick enough Land Corridor.

There are other examples where areas of Kosovo can be connected by land corridors to Serbia Proper.

Serbia does not want Camp Bondsteel for a Military Base, because the Americans may have laid a lot of explosives under Camp Bondsteel.

Serbia will want Camp Bondsteel in order to make it into a Cheap Luxury Motel for Tourists to spend their Money in the Region, and America would not care if Camp Bondsteel were used for Tourism to make Money.

If a Serbian Political Party that favoured the Redrawing of the Borders of Serbia received over 5% of the Vote to gain Seats in Parliament.

This could encourage a small Kosovo Albanian Political Party that was in favour of receiving 67% of Kosovo as an Independent Country to contest the next Elections and gain Seats at that next Elections.

We know that many of the current Politicians in Serbia and Kosovo can be manipulated to follow England and America’s orders.

With the current Serbian Politicians it is one thing, and with the current Kosovo Albanian Politicians it is the threat of Criminal Proceedings against them that make them reject Partition, but only because they are Puppets of England and America.

Perhaps the Kosovo Parliament could say to some Kosovo Puppet Politicians that they can go to the ICTY, or ICC, or they can spend their time in jail in Kosovo if they reject Partition of Kosovo.

This will make them the equal offer that the American threats are making, and they may make a virtue out of necessity, because it is easier to be Paroled by their fellow Albanians, than it is by the ICTY.

Perhaps Kosovo could have a new Election, where a Political Party that wants Partition could win Seats, but especially because the last Election was highly questionable to many People.

If a Kosovo Political Party won Seats in their Election, and if this Election was held before Serbia’s Parliamentary Election, then this would help the SPS who have a Policy of Partition.

Over time, these Political Parties could gain Majorities both in Serbia and Kosovo, and possibly after NATO have left Kosovo Completely and Permanently.

However, America could easily will rig the Elections in Serbia and Kosovo, and there is nothing that can be done until the Serbian People and the Albanian People unite in their own common interests.

We know that England and America will not allow for Partition to be discussed, because England Ambassador to Serbia gave this Colonial Decree a few days ago.

There are Serbian Politicians who think that if Kosovo becomes Independent, then the Albanians will be able to gain some of Territory of FYROM, but only if America and the rest of NATO leaves Kosovo Completely and Permanently.

It should be noted that England and America perfectly understood this long ago, because they are more intelligent that most of us, and so there are no Secrets that you can keep from those who are more intelligent.

America knows that if Kosovo becomes Independent, then the Albanians will want some of FYROM if the Americans and NATO will continue to be invited to stay at Camp Bondsteel.

How fortunate for everyone that the United Nations General Assembly Voted Unanimously that the lives of the People of Serbia and Kosovo should be improved.

I am in favour of Partition of 67% of Kosovo with Total Racial Segregation of Albanians and Non-Albanians from all of Serbia and Kosovo, but only if Camp Bondsteel stays with Serbia.

There are of course things that Kosovo Albanians can do in the meantime, because the Foreigners will only leave Kosovo after Kosovo has been fully Reintegrated with Serbia.

I think that it would be Good, Proper, and Acceptable if Countries began to Revoke their support for Kosovo Albanian Unilateral Declaration of Independence, and for the Kosovo Albanians to fully Reintegrate with Serbia.

This is because America and NATO will not leave Kosovo until Kosovo has been fully Reintegrated with Serbia.

It is just not the best time to Discuss the Partition of Kosovo during the Trial of General Ratko Mladic, because of all the false accusations of Ethnic Cleansing in Bosnia, even though the war was only between Two Ethnic Serbian Group, and where one Group of Serbs had the Croats as their Allies against the other Group of Serbs.

In other words, it was a Confederation of Serbs and Croats against another Group of Serbs, and so it was not Ethnic Cleansing.

This is because Partition has suggestions that Different Races want Racial Purity; whereas, the Truth of the Matter is that they just want a workable Compromise Solution.

A Scholar and a Historian said that any time is the Right Time to be Wise, and any time is the Right Time to do the Right Thing.
