1. The problem is that there are a lot of Russian/Moldavian/Romanian prostitutes in Kosovo.
An introduction of visas could help to stop the influx of those Russian women and minimalize the impact of crime!

The only Romanians, Russians and others there are young girls kidnapped by your criminals and forced into prostitution.

By the way, do you expect to issue those visas in north Kosovo's administrative border with the rest of Serbia?
(lowe, 5 June 2011 14:52)

Seriously speaking - this visa thing is not more, not less than Zoran's frog in water and water temperature raising. They (Albanians) are trying out how far they can go with North Kosovo admin line.

I am very sure, the visas in question are planed just as a bogus paper issued at the "border" for a nominal fee, pretty much like Turkish visas used to be.

The reason is not to control anything, the reason is to force Serbs in N. Kosovo to comply with Pristina. And if they won't - now they have few American(!!) guys in Jarinje to "supervise" the process.

Now it is up to Serbia and/or Russia to take action - because this kind of EULEX action is illegal and lacks the mandate. EULEX is there not to force what Pristina wants and it has to be clear.

So it's just a tool... but makes fun to joke about.

And I stand by my word: I did not see a single Chinese during my numerous visits all over Kosovo. As for Russians - I did see one during the morning face shave (in mirror). But not much more.

"Oh dear.
This will surely be the end of the Middle Kingdom as we know it - this gesture is urging all to self reflect here in China. It's on the news at least 15 times a day. The Party is considering bombing Serbia and giving Albanians at least half of it and immediately recognizing Kosovo and newly acquired lands to atone for its past misguided policies toward Albanians. They'll also arrest estimated 48 trillion of their refugees who have squatted in Kosovo causing all sorts of problems.

Any time now, Kosovo should be receiving a letter from the PRC expressing their deepest regret and shame and offering highest Albanian politicians residence at The Forbidden palace as a sign of their caring and good will.

They'll also give Albanians the Yunnan province, while all residing there will be moved to the deserts of Inner Mongolia.

True story.

(Henrik L., 4 June 2011 20:32)

I would suggest this too. Since there are almost no persons who come to Kosovo on their own will, the few that like to visit Kosovo will gladly apply for visas. Since there's not much of economy in Kosovo, Kosovo cannot loose much, neither. And since Kosovo is almost isolated, some more restrictions wouldn't matter. But that's just me :)

Until a bi/uni-lateral agreement has been reached between the self proclaimed independent territory of Kosovo there is no such thing as introducing a visa regime. "You are wrong. Kosovo has problems with chinese refugees. There are already to many in Kosovo. When it comes to russian refugees there are alote if them but not as many as chinese."

Replace "Kosovo" with Serbia and Chinese with Albanian and now you finally know and feel how Serbs felt. I would also advice not to ethnically cleans these Chinese and Russian refugees (like what you did to the Kosovo Serbs for decennia who had lived in Kosovo for centuries) because if you do the Chinese and Russians will have to resort to humanitarian bombing of Prishtina and Tirana and NATO will be helpless.

So in maybe 50-100 years the Chinese and Russian refugees will be 20% of the population can have declare their UDI and split Kosovo between China and Russia. Then both China and Russia can build big military bases there. What comes around goes around. The racist attitude of Albanians towards Chinese is once again not a big surprise and by treating them badly they are missing out on some good opportunities to have these Chinese creating businesses and providing jobs for Albanians. In most countries Chinese by tradition have good reputations and in general they cause no trouble. But then again Albanians just want to hold up their hands to masters and complain how bad their lives are.

Than go and try to stop me. ROFL. If you can. Good luck on that. And remember: the most dangerous Russians are the ones fully armed with latest cameras. Because cameras don't lie. Be afraid of my cameras.

Last week presented your "Kosova" project to different people from countries which recognized that project.
I did it live and with 100% success.

Actually... I did not even need to do much. They just looked out of my car and they had eyes. That was more than enough. ;-)

But I appreciate that the Russian and Serbian writing is on some latest LIRI, Prizren products.
To bad, you could use Russians and Serbs to correct the grammar. But on the other hand... good luck selling that otherwise decent product in Russia or the rest of Serbia... I mean, with "product of Kosova" label.

But hey-it`s albanians making themselves important with stupidity again...
(lids, 4 June 2011 16:49)

In the fact, this is one of the most stupid provocations - because if any Russian enters Kosovo, they head straight for the monasteries and Prizren, spending a LOT in Albanian-owned hotels. All I say - some hotel/restaurant owners I know will be extremely happy to lose several groups of well-paying tourists a year.

The number is small anyway - and yours truly (whom I am sure the monkeys of Pristina don't want to see) can use American passport. It is a priceless feeling to see them compete with each other to kiss my behind if they see my American passport. Happens over and over. Last time not even a week ago.

Don't worry: I never say, when I am going and what car I am using. Just in case... because don't want to see it stoned by the youngest "democrats" of Europe.

BTW: was also in Albania... first time in my life. Well, all I have to say: Kosovo looks certainly like the center of the progress if you compare it with the area around Korçë. And the funniest (funniest?) is, many people around Korçë are Serbs and Macedonians and they are happy to speak Slavic. They don't do it loudly - because Albania is according them a multi-ethnic paradise. But a gentleman presumably much younger than I am (but looking much older) almost cried.

Looks like there is much more than merely North Kosovo to ask in exchange for the Preshevo.... At the end there won't be any Albania maybe (and good riddance!)

Kosovars with KS passport have to go to Viena aka Bec(in Serbian) to get a visa for China, therefore lets have chins go to Washinton and get a visa to come to Kosova, since they do a lot of business with Kosova. As for Rus, wtf, they can go to hell.No entry for them whatsoever.

There is not a single "refugee" from Russia or China in Kosova circus, only clowns and their masters.
In the fact.... I was trying to convince some to come with me just few days ago. I landed up with others... Russians took the bus via Nis to Macedonia and had no mood to enter Kosovo.

Ataman,

You are wrong. Kosovo has problems with chinese refugees. There are already to many in Kosovo. When it comes to russian refugees there are alote if them but not as many as chinese.

Good news.

PS: don't forget, the country code is +381 on that box. And good luck with the Russian recognition, I am sure they do appreciate the move in Moscow and will do somewhat in reciprocity. ;-)

Russians and Chinese come to Kosovo, the paradise on earth, as refugees? The laugh of the day! Well, it would be more likely that some human traffickers (the whole world knowsn that Kosovo is famous for them) try to smuggled them into the EU.

Could it be that the KAlbanians are concerned that a overwhelming number of Chinese immigrants might soon out number and declare independence - Ironic!

I don't understand why you guys making it such a big deal because we can introduce visas for anyone we like. Ask Vojvodina if they can do that?

Ataman

pre 12 godina

They'll also give Albanians the Yunnan province, while all residing there will be moved to the deserts of Inner Mongolia.

Hmmm.... why don't you rather move the residents of Yunnan province to Albania and all Albanians to Inner Mongolia? Looks like a win-win case for me.

you can have that experience today as well. Unlike Serbs, Ukrainians, Russians or Poles (but much like Albanians or Romanians) the "official" Hungarians are excellent at kissing the wrong side of the human body at a wrong time.

American passport in Hungary is way better, than Hungarian. Even today.

Next up, Pristina will ban the IMF for lending it money as the IMF has suspended the current agreement, Thaci promising and has enacting a 50% pay rise for public sector workers so that he could win the election! Watch Kosova implode. Who needs the Serbs as enemies? This is better than Big Brother (not hard at all).

What's all this talk about visas for Kosovo? Kosovo is still a dependant territory of Serbia. Until a bi/uni-lateral agreement has been reached between the self proclaimed independent territory of Kosovo there is no such thing as introducing a visa regime. Why would anyone want to visit this crime infested region of Serbia anyway. You wouldn't get me to go near it, even if you paid me.

Oh dear.

1. The problem is that there are a lot of Russian/Moldavian/Romanian prostitutes in Kosovo.
An introduction of visas could help to stop the influx of those Russian women and minimalize the impact of crime!
