Well, since the imf won't subsidize criminality in kosovo anymore, lord farthead here will have to dig into his own pockets to pay off his gangsters. Too bad for him.
(JohnBoy, 2 June 2011 18:34)

Apparently, many 14 year olds in Serbia are not busy doing their homework, instead, are on b92 repeating what they hear from their parents. The egregious inaccuracies of young Johnboy's statement above are a sad example of a declining society.

Yes Zoran You are right. But that is after 20 years of being wrong and around 300,000 people dead.
I only wish you Serbians finding soon, what is right thing to do, because you still using milosevic policies just no guns. Not because you do not like too, but you can not anymore for now and propably for 100 years to come.

Do you sense a tone down in the West's opposition to Kosovo's partition? In the past, any partition statements would be quickly and virulently condemned and the riot act read by the West to anyone uttering that sacrilege ..... now the partition idea is merely "not constructive" ......

nicely written Princip, and you are right on this: Davenport beLIEves... but, who cares what he says, anyway.

there is nothing to be partitioned, it´s serbian territory anyway.

so, the bottom-line is: this is all simply a nice little story for the media, Dacic said A and Davenport said B, and that´s it.

neither Dacic is allowed to violate the serbian constitution nor is Davenport in the position to evaluate Dacic´s statements no matter how weird they might be.

KiM is to be reintegrated and that´s it. no discussion about that at all.

It is the remark of the ambassador that is not helpful. Does he really believe that the Balkans can stay hostage to his "precedent" fear for the rest of times?

It looks like England and the rest of the European Union do not want to speak of Partition, and in a fair World we will let them have that as long as the Money keeps flowing to the Countries of the former Yugoslavia.

The International Community now wants Kosovo to have a Degree of Autonomy, and be Fully Reintegrated with Serbia, because America, the European Union, and even many Kosovo Albanians now want this.

It looks like the Negotiations could take a different Course, now that the Albanian Representatives are willing to discuss Partition.

I think that the longer Belgrade and Pristina can Negotiate Partition, the more Concessions they can extract from the European Union, even if the Negotiations are GOOD FAKE NEGOIATTIONS by both sides, and especially if they are Lengthy Fake Negotiations.

These Concessions will be in the form of the European Union making a Virtue not because they are Virtuous, but because of Desperate Necessity, and because the American Led NATO, and the Leading European Union Countries are not approved of for any type of Humanitarianism.

The European Union may even Revoke their Support for Kosovo Albanian Unilateral Declaration of Independence, but United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 say that there is no time limit for the Negotiated Settlement.

We have seen how there are discussions between Belgrade and Pristina on how the People of Serbia’s Southern Province will improve their lives and circumstances.

If we remember, this was Unanimously Agreed to by All Nations in the United Nations General Assembly Vote.

I think that the Serbs and the Albanians should blackmail the European Union to give them Money and Concessions, otherwise there will ONLY BE LENGTHY LENGTHY Negotiations on Partition.

I think that many of the Countries of the former Yugoslavia should also Negotiate Border Changes.

After the European Union has given them all the Concessions and as much Money as it can, then the real Border changes can take place, because they will have had plenty of time to know what the new Borders will be.

The Countries and Territories of the former Yugoslavia should let the European Union make them rich, and then they should announce the Countries new Borders.

There could be People who think that the ICTY should be closed and that its Prisoners should be given a Retrial, because Many of them Could be Innocent.

It also violates our constitution, sets even more dangerous precedents especially for China, India, Russia and most anti-UDI EU states and is in the end just a diplomatic ruse by Dacic to get Albanians' hopes up and bring them down.

As for Tadic, he has become the new Milosevic. He will do anything to stay in power.
(Zoran, 2 June 2011 12:46)

I am suprised at Tadic for not calling an emergency session at UNSC,for his Education Minister and two other Serbian officials , which were not allowed to enter Kosova yesterday. They claimed to come on private visit, but Kosova Police turned them around and advised them to get a proper permission from Prishtina in order to be ablew to visit Kosova.
Why we have not see/read about this great story on this site???

The shear two faced nature of such a statement is incredulous;

"I beLIEve that the idea of partition is not very constructive in this context. It’s not exactly realistic and it would have serious implications for the entire region." Davenport

- but it is adequately appropriate to attempt to illegally enforce on Serbia a partition from its UN recognised province!

Tadic & Dacic may be swooned, wined & dined by such EU technoRATs but the Serbian public know what this (I might add ENGLISH Ambassador given independence process afoot in Scotland) beLIEvies in to be a total LIE - Kosovo i Metohija remains UN recognised Serbian province and the likes of this English Ambassador needs to pass this message onto his mafiocracy friends Thaci et al - they are failling with this deceit and running out of money to prop it up!

The next Serbian Govt washed clean of yellows can't come soon enough for Serbs in Kosovo!
