apparently EULEX cares. How would you explain that?

Even more suprising is this sentence:

"We agreed that no one can be arrested for not fulfilling obligations towards the so-called state of Kosovo, as everyone knows that the Serb community does not recognize Kosovo and is not willing to pay taxes, contributions and excise duties imposed by Kosovo, the minister said. "

As far as I remember, a person in Northern Kosovo was arrested just for that reason. How is this possible?

The government should "express their dissatisfaction" by placing them in jail. Another thing, nobody cares what your opinion is Phantom Minister.

Thanks,

He said that the road blockage is not a way to resolve the problem, but is one of the ways for Serbs to express their dissatisfaction and protest.

""They agreed that problems in Kosovo "can only be resolved through dialogue talks and agreements", said reports""

The problem I see is that the last time 'talks' were tried, the results were pre-determined and not held in good faith by the Kosovo-Albanian side. Maybe...maybe...this time will be different.
