My bet is as soon as the judge finish's, the juror's are gonna look at each other, nod to each other and tell the judge "We're ready". 16 years of hiding out is gonna come to a stop real quick.

Please familiarise yourself with the NATO court and the events surrounding Srebrenica before you start fantasizing. Let me start you off with a clue - there is no jury in this kangaroo court.

As for the events concerning Srebrenica, here are two excellent research papers

And yes, the Dutch were responsible for keeping a Bosnian Muslim base in Srebrenica protected when the whole area should have been demilitarised. This base, run by Nasar Oric was used to massacre Serbians in the surrounding villages.

Here is testimony from a Bosnian Muslim who claims Srebrenica was a planned sacrifice by the Bosnian Muslim government:

Dr Jonathan, are you suggesting that the Dutch peacekeepers murdered all those people or that the Bosniaks mudered themselves on orders from the UN, with assistance from the thousands of Croats who weren't in Srebrenica, while the Dutcstood idly by. These are important questions - we must be told!

General Mladić is being used for the purpose of exonerating Dutch UN Peacekeeping forces in the deaths of Bosnian civilians. Revisionist history claims Srebrenica was the work of General Mladić however even the Bosnian victims point the finger at the UN Dutch Peacekeepers. If the deaths in Srebrenica were the work of Bosnian Muslim and Croat warlords with UN complicity how can General Mladić receive a fair trial in Holland with UN judges?

He's going and he knows it. His 'too sick to stand trial' routine didn't fly the 1st time and it's gonna do the same everytime he tries again. His hiding out shows a guilty conscience. And as soon as any of the next-of-kin of the Screbencia Massacre testify as to what they saw him do that day, well, folk's, he's done. And as soon as any of the old aerial photo's are examined, and Mladic is seen, the only question is gonna be how fast the judge is gonna take in giving jury instruction. My bet is as soon as the judge finish's, the juror's are gonna look at each other, nod to each other and tell the judge "We're ready". 16 years of hiding out is gonna come to a stop real quick.

While I agree with your sentiments, this is a tribunal, it is decided by judges not juries.
