Probably Thaqi should go to tyhe Hague too but only after tribunal charg him and he enjoys life for another 16 years so why not go to Hague,Hague is an asylum for old and sick people.

touchy belongs behind bars, but not Mladic.

asking for Touchy to be sent to the Hague, seems to be some kind of tactics to legitimate this so called " court ".

but, since this political body has no legitimation at all, claims like this are simply stupid attempts to creat the impression as if the Hague is some legitimate kind of court where war-criminals are to be judged by some foreign "institution"....

spin doctors at work, I´d say.

Comparing Taci to Mladic is like comparing apples to oranges.

Thaci never pulled the trigger during the war, he just wants to be richer and one day leave the country with millions of Euros. Serbs are still dreaming!.

Sure, all criminals belong in Hague. No problem with that, except this bouncer character thinks Serbia should determine who is a criminal and who should go to the Hague. By that standard, Mladic would have never been sent to the Hague. Serbia was cajoled into sending him.

I know you Serbs are dead on trying to change the history of the Yugoslav wars and no doubt will continue to do so for year to come, but the history has already been written and it's clear there was one ethnic group that was the aggressor in all the wars in YUGO. I will spell it out to you: it was the Serbs who fought with Slovenians, Croatians, Bosnians and Albanians.

Even Mladic seem to recognize this. According to reports, he told Bruno Vekaric: 'You[Serbs] elected [Slobodan] Milosevic, not me. You are all guilty, not me'. Isn't that the truth? And please don't insult our intelligence by parroting the "Serbs suffered too" mantra. Of course Serbs were killed too, but mainly as a result of others trying to defend themselves.

For the record, Thaci never fired a single shot during the whole Kosovo war nor did he command any part of KLA. He was a political representative of KLA, which cannot be a crime. Strange that Serb politician are not aware of this.

Of course, the official indictment would be the first step. You know the reason why it doesn't exist, don't you? An indictment has been avoided for the sake of 'stability' in Kosovo. Now there's a stable corrupt state lead by an alleged criminal.
(Top, 30 May 2011 08:16)
Actually that plays no part, for there to be new indictments at this point there has to be an extension of the mandate of the ICTY. He could have been indicted back when Haradinaj if they felt the evidence was there, that would not have affected stability.
Should evidence of the organ harvesting actually materialize he will have to be tried in other venues. But contrary to belief of some here Thaci's alleged connection to organized crime is not within the jurisdiction of the Hague, its mandate is very limited.
By the way I do not believe Thaci should be in office and he definitely will not lead Kosovo into any type of success story.

Dragan Markovic looks a lot like a war criminal himself. Where was he during the Serb wars of the 1990's and what was he involved in. He or anybody else has no proof concerning Thaci.

Huh?

Someone please tell me: what did Thaci do? For Mladic we have a list of 8000 or so victims, names, bodies, even video.

So what did Thaci do again?

Koso, a short sentence to remind you that there are also Albanians war criminals in Kosovo, and Thaci is one of them. He is not a hero, not more than the Serb criminals who took opportunity of a war to rape, kill and torture. As a Serb, I completely dissociate with such men. Many Serbs behaved well during the war and help victims, no matter their etnicity. Don't associate with criminals please. You know the difference, I am sure.
