“five Serbs died due to inadequate treatment“.

Who are they?
(Wonderer, 29 May 2011 15:27)

Milan Kovačević
Momir Talić
Simo Drljača
Dragan Gagović

And most notably Slobodan Milosevic; who died 2 weeks after the hague refused him heart surgery; essentially innocent as the prosecution had finished and failed to prove its case.

Note Rade Markovic; who admitted he had been tortured by Tadic's people in order to give false evidence. Should be worth a criminal conviction of the current president.

The foundation is being laid so when Mladic dies at the Hague, the NATO court will squarely get the blame for forcing an unfit person to stand trial.

As I read all this, I can't help but chuckle. Just ludicrous.

Go ahead, SRS. Rally. Break windows, set cars alight, attack the riot police...do all the stupid and insane things you're fond of doing. And don't forget to don your cool Seselj t-shirts.

And Saljic, go on telling people that Mladic is in rapid decline. Won't change a thing. Ratko is on the next Hague shuttle whether people like it or not, and he's going to be tried (provided he lives long enough) whether people like it or not.

How about thousands of men and boys that were executed on his orders? Did they need a layer, doctor, justice? Mladic deserves do die just like his boss milosevic in some Hague cell.

"When asked how long he thought Mladic would live, the attorney said that conditions in prison were not adequate and that his client needed to be treated in hospital. "
Oh, suddenly he needs a hospital, and before, he was able to spend his life for years hidden in a village?

"He added that he had no confidence in health care in The Hague where “five Serbs died due to inadequate treatment“."

Oh, inadequate treatment? I thought they all were poisoned in the Hague? Ah, no I'm mixing something up, that's the other conspiracy theory ;-)

Wouldn't it be the best for Mladic and his fans to be 'killed by the evil western NATO doctors', too? So he can die as a great Serbian hero, as innocent as Milosevic, and all his supporters have a new martyr?

lawyers stating rapid deterioriation if detainees' health is a phenomena known by other cases like Milosevic and Karadzic. who in Serbia should know if this isn't just tactics of a lawyers? in this question it is recommended to believe medicians only - instead of believing a lawyer who might have choosen the wrong profession.
