Ehh? Isn't it more like Serbs live peacefully and freely only in Serbia, which is the part of Yugoslavia that, unlike Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo) have never been exposed to a real war, except for the few minor NATO air strikes? What did the Serbs in Croatia and Bosnia gain?
