I just cannot belive how the Serbian people still buy your lies Mr Jeremic. You know we know that Kosovo is independent and you can make 100 more constitutions that's say whatever but Kosovo will remain independent.

HE DOESN'T BELIEVE THAT but has no choice but to say that. The reasons? Well he is enjoying his travelling abroad with the taxpayer's money, secondly he is paid to make noice. He unable to give a SOLUTION and him is enough to state and re-state something that we are all bored of that "Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia..." because IT IS NOT TRUE. He and his official need a visa to get into Kosovo....

Look at all those albanian nationalists foaming,they perfectly know that de jure Kosovo is part of Serbia(UN1244),de facto it is currently occupied but it is only a question of time when the Serbian flag will fly in Pristina,Prizren and on Mount Pastrik!
It is very funny to see when tachi three years after his "independence" comes out every day and says that Kosovo is independent blablabla...
If it truely were he wouldn`t be talking all day about it,he knows what the outcome will be,and even if we Serbs need to wait some decades!

If you ask Dacic he belives Kosovo should be partitioned and that is against the serbian constitution. If you ask Tadic he want the German model for Kosovo wich is also against the serbian constitution. If you ask the Kosovo albanians leaders they will tell you that Kosovo is and will stay independent in line with Kosovo constitution. That latest is clear reality!!

The majority of people including serbian leaders like Dacic and Tadic belives that the solution cannot be in line with the serbian constitution. 2 million people in Kosovo dosent respect the serbian constitution but they respect Kosovo constituion and the will of the people should be respected.

But anyway Vuki your words is getting tired as they mean nothing. You was the one who said Kosovo albanians will never dare to declare independence and will not be recognized by any country beside US and Albania. You were wrong and you are wrong now because the Kosovo solution is settled and an done deal!!!

I assume a lot of encyclopedias wouldn't have the word "independent" because that's an English term and most of the world population does not speak such a language...or use an English encyclopedia.

Also, 192 (total UN members) - 75 (UN members which recognize ROK) = 117 exactly, not "approximately 130" countries as you claim.

I says nothing because that is not true. 75 have said they recognize Kosovo. I could not find more than 20 which have said they don't recognize Kosovo. The rest have not said anything so we don't know whether they recognize or not. So I'm not sure where you got the 130 !
