Marty claims to have meet the witness/es while Marty (CoE) does NOT have witness protection program and he claims that neither such a program exists in Kosova. Thus, I presume Marty must have has meet them outside Kosova or the witness/es were not frightened to speak to Marty at all in Kosova proper- making his allegations of the absence of witness protection program ridiculous.

The man is a joke entire his life so he will be revealed to be this time as well- is just another charlatan with huge desire to become a big protagonist.

Finally, the first steps has been taken after a long period.

Mr Marty will show us the evidence!

I am still under the impression that there aren't any but let's wait and see what he has to offer.

I think he will undergo a detailed questioning.

If these crimes have commited than these person(s) should face trial, no question about that.

The Serbs on the other hand shouldn't be too hard cheering. There crimes are unnumerous more vicious and horrible.

Serbia insists that a probe into the allegations should happen under the auspices of the United Nations, but does not have the support for this from some western countries, who believe EULEX is capable of conducting the investigation.

We know who those western countries are and we know they form the joint criminal enterprise that EULEX is a part of. They are all involved in covering up these crimes and that's why this investigation is taking place - to remove any further evidence (and witnesses) that may be found.

So why wouldn't they cover up the crimes committed in KiM and Albania? EULEX does not even have the mandate to investigate in Albania so what a complete joke.

I would have thought you would be out of the prediction business by now. Have you had any that have come true yet. Maybe you should stick to predicting things that will happen in 20-30 years so no one will remember when they fail to come true.

it is nice and enjoying to read your comment man. I suggest you look for the right prison from now in order to make cell reservations for all of them including Marty too.

Maybe the witnesses truested in a honorable person like Mr. Marty, but they don't trust EULEX which have to rely on Kosovo Albanian translators (who might be relatives or clan members of the alleged perpetrators), and don't trust Kosovo judges or KPS members, who might have been involved in these crimes during their KLA times? I could understand that.

Now we'll see if EULEX is capable of doing the investigations. Sending Thaci to pre-trial custody would be the ultimate proof they are capable and willing ;-)

I can honestly tell you that there is nothing under the heavens worst than what the Kosovo "Liberation" Army (KLA) did to innocent civilians and mental patients--harvesting their organs for the black market. Please understand that once and for all time. If you say that the west has conspired with Albanians against Serbs, I must say that you are already and truly doomed and there is lot more to come in the future at your demise.

If you believe the West is involved intentionally in these allegations, then true or not, these allegations are completely irrelevant. They will remain simply and forever just allegation so Serbs like you can brag endlessly in the years to come.

But is flattering to see that the West has found any ally in Albanians against Serbia and vice-versa (which is even more miraculous).

Who would have though?! After so many centuries, Albanians being seen as the underdog of the old continent, mainly due to Serb propaganda machine, now find themselves rallied behind the West and all out there to get Serbia, poor Serbia, innocent Serbia which did not see a single war in its territory but instead waged 4 wars over its neighbors and yet managed to create that monstrous entity called RS out of Bosnia.

We live in good times indeed.
