Iceland: Volcano eruption closes airspace

REYKJAVIK -- Iceland’s most active volcano has erupted again, shutting the county’s airspace.

I was gonna go lava surfing but they canceled my flight.

Looks like that old American religious Evangelical nutter was right, this is a sign that the world is going to end haha!

Probably not. The whole "the world is going to end" thing was for attention and to advertise his radio station. And in doing so he has established a cult and ruined many lives. I think it is really sad that people have been brain-washed into believing this old man and have spent their life savings on it and quitting their jobs. Not to mention people taking their children out of school and spending the money they saved for the children to go to University on advertising this rubbish. Yes there is a comical element to it, however at the same time I just feel sorry for the people who believed it. It goes to show that some Americans will believe anything.

I dare say some of his followers will use this volcano eruption to claim some truth in their predictions. But has no weight. The whole thing is just very sad.
