"That's totally irrelevant. Unless they can prove the money is from proceeds if crime they cannot take it. It's stealing.
Besides, how many times do they get to barge in someone's house before it becomes harassment?"

What a nonsense:
1. Police can seize things if they suspect they were gained from illegial activites or were supposed for that. Later, judges have decide if the confiscation was okay or not.
2. If they have a search warrent, police staff has the right (and even duty) to do their job and go and search the house or appartment.

Police can even stop you every day when you are driving in a car, and it's not 'harrassment'. Ridiculous.

Words like 'stealing', 'barge in' and 'harrassment' for police doing their job says a lot about the person who writes it.

For the fourth time, police harass the Mladic home and steal their cash so that they cannot defend themselves, among other things. This represents the "rule of law" under our (NATO's) stooges who now run Serbia, right? Does that reflect the Fourth Amendment? How about let's have some investigative muscle brought to bear on the human organ harvesting horror in Kosovo, eh?
(Mabuballah, 21 May 2011 02:47)

Fourth Amendment??? Are you claiming the US Constitution should become the law of the land??
You are talking about actions in Serbia by Serbians, the US constitution should not even come into play.
Oh and by the way, if police in a search in the US uncovers money they suspect is gained by illegal means or is being used for illegal enterprises they will seize it and the owners would have to do exactly the same here, go to court to get it returned. As long as it was discovered in a lawful search. So I guess it does reflect the Fourth Amendment but still is irrelevant.

There's a 'right kind' of rule of law and a 'wrong kind' of rule of law. In both cases Brussels serves as judge, jury and executioner. They demand judicial reform and effective implementation, but are silent if the ends justify the means. Brussels 'Rule of Law', A Myth... coming to you not soon.

Well, I must admit, I do like the photo. I wouldn't be surprised if the US experiences hyperinflation in the coming decades and prints a 10 million dollar note. Having Mladic on that bill would be appropriate considering the expense of all those US military "interventions" and the contribution they made towards the US debt.

1. I don't know if it's normal in Serbia to have €12,600 in cash laying around at home on your table. Anyone asked where that money came from and what it was supposed to use for?

You cannot break law when you are trying to enforce it.

I'm glad to see these people fighting back against this NATO loving desperate government. They have done nothing wrong and the state has acted illegally against them. If they want sympathy for Mladic and his family then they are certainly going about it the right way.

The whole NATO court in the Hague has been a complete failure and a waste of billions for those NATO countries at the forefront of its funding.
