If there is a foul play in that game, my suspect #1 would be Szarközi. What "szar" does mean in Hungarian is well-known, it's a favorite way to spell the "Sárközi" in Hungary at this moment.

I give 50-50 to things being set up versus that S.O.B. not being able to control his small head.

BTW: do not know what and how, a close friend of mine whom I am after for decades (unsuccessfully!!!) does not mind to check up with me in the same hotel room. On one occasion I woke up founding her atop of me. I told her: "yes, that's what I wanted for years - but before we continue let's run the hell out of this place because it's an earthquake and don't use escalator". That was in Taiwan, so we found ourself quickly on the street wearing in what we slept... and it was a crowd of half-naked people already. Not because they had a gay parade at 4 AM in Taipei.

So who can't control his small head... should probably learn the proper behavior of a man.
Getting a few years of prison in America means learning somewhat else, in particular for ones convicted of sex-related offense.
